In 2006, Anthony Nobilio co-founded Noble Resourcing Group, LLC originally as a contingent, direct placement recruiting firm located in Elkridge, Maryland. In 2008, operations were moved closer to Annapolis, Maryland and the company's core focus shifted from that of a recruiting firm to providing highly focused consulting services. Anthony is currently Managing Director of the firm with plans to grow the consulting practice through consistent delivery of services that exceed client expectations. His passion is helping customers achieve great results through effective use of consulting services.

Prior to Noble Resourcing Group, Anthony held a business development position in a premier geographic market with the largest accounting and finance staffing firm worldwide. Prior to this position he was a Sr. Director of Operational Excellence for the 3rd largest U.S. IT staffing firm. Anthony also operated his own direct placement IT and Accounting/Finance staffing firm for a period of time and prior to this spent the vast majority of his career at the largest U.S. and privately held staffing and recruiting firm worldwide. While with this firm, Anthony held various positions including that of Operational and Corporate Controller as well as a role overseeing an internal company wide $25 million ERP implementation. He also oversaw the VMS/MSP national account implementation/transition teams and was a key contributor to the national account sales group.
Additional career experience includes Divisional Controller roles for Lennar and K. Hovnanian the 3rd and 7th largest national residential homebuilders, respectively. He was also a Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting for U.S. Foodservice, the 2nd largest national food service distributor. Anthony started his career as a Staff Auditor with the "Big Four" accounting firm Ernst & Young in Baltimore, Maryland.
Educational credentials include an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland in 2005 and an undergraduate degree from The University of Baltimore in 1993. He graduated with honors from both universities. Anthony also passed the CPA examination in 1995 and is an active CPA in the state of Maryland.
