This process begins when you Submit Your Resume to Noble Resourcing Group. You will be assigned a dedicated recruiter who will review your resume and act as your primary point of contact. Our recruiter will critique your Resume and match it against current positions that we have open. Rest assured that your resume and job search will be handled in a highly confidential manner.
Once this review is complete we will contact you for an Initial Phone Interview. During the phone interview we will inquire about your career goals and provide you with insight regarding the current job market. Your recruiter will also discuss any current openings we are working on that match your career objectives. The next step may be an In-House Interview at our Noble Resourcing Group office. We attempt to meet personally with every candidate prior to sending their Resume to our clients. During this in-house interview we will gain greater insight into your previous work experience, learn about specific skills you have acquired as well as determine your overall qualifications and career goals. Upon completion, we will present you with employment opportunities that match your background and experience.
In addition, we will aggressively pursue and present you with employment opportunities which focus on targeted industries and position skill sets. Rest assured we will never submit your Resume to our clients without gaining your approval and ensuring that you are interested in both the company and position. Once you determine that a particular client position is of interest we will prepare you for the Client Interview. This includes discussing with you the client's culture as well as their overall position in the market place. We will also give you insight into the position our client has open, discuss any pre-screening requirements and brief you on the individuals you will be meeting with during your interview. We will ensure that you have directions to the interview location as well as confirm your date and time for the interview.
A post interview conference will gauge your continued interest in both the company and position. At this time we will provide you with direct feedback regarding the client's perspective of the interview. If all goes well we move into the Client Offer stage. You will be presented with a verbal offer which shall include your total eligible salary plus any additional benefits and a requested start date. A written offer confirming such understanding will quickly follow. Some offers may be contingent on successfully passing client post offer, pre-employment requirements such as background and reference checks. We will assist in completing these requirements as well as locking down your official start date. Finally, we will prepare you for the resignation process with your current employer including the possibility of counter offers.
We will follow up with you upon completion of your first day of employment as well as periodically to ensure you are satisfied with the transition into your new position with your new employer.
