This process begins with Gathering Client Information so that we can better understand our client's overall business. We ask questions about the culture of our client's organization, determine their pre - employment hiring requirements and determine what key client selling points exist in order to attract the best candidates. The next step in our process is to Obtain Position Requirements pertaining to the client's hiring needs. If readily accessible, we will request a copy of a job description and departmental organizational chart. We will solicit key success criteria for the position. Noble Resourcing Group will also provide market and salary consultation in order to increase the opportunity of attracting the best candidates.
After position requirements are gathered, Noble Resourcing Group will begin to Source For Candidates. We will start with our proprietary candidate data base which is updated daily by searching through many of the top job boards, attending job fairs and other professional networking events. We also utilize a variety of social media tools to attract unique, hard to find candidates. Finally, Noble Resourcing Group will contact direct competitors as well as companies in like and similar industries to identify potential candidates who are more passive but highly qualified in the employment market.
During all stages of the recruiting process regular updates will be provided to the client regarding progress. After candidates are sourced our detailed Candidate Screening process begins. As Resumes are received they are analyzed in terms of best fit for client requirements. For candidates who make it through the initial resume screening an interview is then scheduled with one of our recruiters. If the interview is successful then candidate references are gathered. At this point a candidate summary and Resume is sent to the client for review. If the client agrees, an interview is facilitated through Noble Resourcing Group between the candidate and client.
After the client interview is complete our experienced recruiters will obtain feedback individually from the client and candidate to gauge interest in continuing the process. Such feedback is subsequently provided to both the candidate and client. Upon conclusion of this process we are confident that the client will be ready to make an offer to one or more candidates presented. Noble Resourcing Group will assist in facilitating the Candidate Offer both verbally and in writing. The offer may be contingent on the candidate passing applicable client screening requirements such as background checks, drug testing and/or credit checks. Positive reference checks are also required.
During this entire process Noble Resourcing Group will be in frequent contact with both the candidate and client to ensure a smooth transition. This includes preparing the candidate to properly handle the potential for a counter-offer from their existing employer.
